There are two ways to do that actually. One, you can take it to your local store and drop it off there. This way is going to keep you from even needing a return label. Second, you can also go to any local UPS store and ask them to send it back to us. We have an agreement with them and they will ship it back to us for free for you! Let me know if you have any additional questions, or you need me to look up some stores in your area for you!

To get started, please send us a direct chat message with your full name and service address to Xfinity Support. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

You nailed it! You don't even need an appointment for this! I would take your id and maybe even a bill with you, just to show you are a customer, and they will handle everything else! If you have any other questions, let me know!

I no longer work for Comcast.
