How can I make an appointment with the local Xfinity store to return my internet and cable equipment?

@user_4o1xpb Check out our online article that goes over the steps on how to access the scheduling feature for our Xfinity Stores. Essentially, go to our store locator, plug in the store's address and if it is available for that store you'll be met with a book appointment button. Some stores do not have that option and you would not see it pop up. Otherwise, stores take folks that walk-in on a first-come, first-serve basis.
