Return of equipment
I continue to get emails, phones, and text messages from Xfinity about equipment that I need to return. I have returned the equipment and have a receipt with me. I have also spoken to numerous account reps and they tell me that it will be taken care of but the calls emails and texts continue. This is harassment. How can I stop this?

To send a Direct Message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
