Return Modem

My family recently got the new xfi modem and I was notified to return our old xb3 modem but after moving, it got lost in all the boxes, donations, etc.. We were not able to find it. How do I go about this?

Hello dinoaise! Thank you for connecting with us on our Xfinity Forums. I know moving can create a lot of chaos in life and things will get misplaced. I'm sorry that the modem is lost at this time. I would be happy to open a research ticket for us to see what options we have for the device.
