Return Modem

When I sign in I see no devices to select for return. I have a modem I need to return

Hello, @user_go6mt2. Thank you for reaching our team regarding the equipment that needs to be returned. If an option isn't there to print out the return label, you can always drop it off at a UPS store near you (no return label needed). You can also drop off at any Xfinity Store. Here's a helpful link that will give you further instructions on returning equipment.

The new modem isn't listed in my devices. How can I schedule a home pickup? I can't drive as I just had surgery, as I explained. Please tell me how I can return the modem through home pick-up. Thank you.

MGDarby I would be happy to review your account and see why you are not seeing the equipment listed on your account for return. To get started, please send our team a Direct Message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account. 

 

To send a "Direct Message" message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
