I recommend visiting our Digital Return Center at xfinity.com/returns and following the on–screen instructions for the device you'd like to return to us.
I have gone to the site and followed the instructions but still cant print labels with a notice that this is not available currently and my device details are unavailable. I tried to discuss this now unsuccesfully multiple times with XFINITY customer services which was pretty unhelpful. Any other way to send the device back since I am out of state.
