return label
My equipment is NOT showing up at Xfinity.com returns in order to print a return label! I have cancellation confirmation number BUT NO competent help from customer service OR your useless chat.
3/28 I was told a return label would be emailed to me!
3/30 I was given the UPS number to pick up a package WITHOUT A RETURN LABEL!
3/30 Billing told me to search this forum and "an official Xfinity person would send a label to me" OR I can "drop off the box WITH NO INFORMATION and they would send it to Xfinity." I was not provided a return address or RMA#
HOURS of trying to return equipment of TERRIBLE service with CONSTANT outages and speeds that are below par for what I'm paying.
Person I'm speaking with REFUSED to escalate my call for 40 MINUTES and put me on hold. TYPICAL OFF-SHORE CALL CENTER BEHAVIOR!
I ALSO WANT THE UNSIGHTLY EQUIPMENT ATTACHED TO MY HOME'S EXTERIOR REMOVED!
