Return Label

I upgraded to an iPhone 17 At the Xfinity store in Eugene, Oregon I was told I would receive a label in my emails, but I have never gotten one

I’ve been trying for two days to get a return label. For my iPhone 14 I upgraded to a 17
I don’t wanna have to drive back to the store. Can you please help me

user_zelwz3 Hello there! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums regarding your return label. I'd be happy to get you in the right direction for getting your return label today. Are you able to login to your Xfinity Mobile account and confirm the preferred email address is the correct email address we should have on file? If not, please update that first to be sure we are sending it to the correct email address. Once you have checked that, you should see an option to have a return label sent to you through your account. Please let me know if you run into any issues.
