I have been trying to return the equipment, I can not choose the equipment to return on the return page , I need a return label

Hello @user_s93pkp! Thanks for taking the time to reach out on our Forums. We value you as a customer and appreciate your diligence in getting the equipment returned. Just to be sure, are you visiting the Digital Return Center online- (Visit https://customer.xfinity.com/returns to print out your return label for the equipment needed)? If so, what happens when you try to choose it, is it greyed out?

 

Please know we cannot send return labels, but you have 3 additional easy options to return your equipment. You can return;

 

At Authorized Shipper location- You can drop the equipment off at The UPS Store or a UPS Authorized Shipper location. (Make sure to visit theupsstore.com for the most up-to-date locations and store hours).

 

Free UPS Pickup (You can give the package(s) to a local UPS Driver. You can call 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule an at-home pickup by using the label tracking number).

 

Dropping it off at an Xfinity Store- (Follow this link https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers to find open locations near you and to schedule an appointment).
