Return label for equipment

Why can’t I get a return label for my equipment?   Please help!!  There is no drop down, I wish to return through UPS store.

I cannot select any of my devices for shipping label for return.  There isn’t a direct message button.  Please send return label for equipment.

Yeah unfortunately those instructions are no good. I go to the returns link and there is no dropdown or ability to select equipment to produce the return label, it’s completely broken.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
