I am new to xfinity. when i signed up i declined the option for the flex box. Days after the install I received the flex box in the mail. I don't want it and have not hooked it up. I have read here in this forum that if I don't hook it up I will be charged an inactivity fee. I would like to return it to avoid any such fee. However, the flex box does not show up in my equipment list. Could you kindly advise how I can return this item properly.
