return flex

I am new to xfinity.  when i signed up i declined the option for the flex box.  Days after the install I received the flex box in the mail.  I don't want it and have not hooked it up.  I have read here in this forum that if I don't hook it up I will be charged an inactivity fee.  I would like to return it to avoid any such fee.  However, the flex box does not show up in my equipment list.  Could you kindly advise how I can return this item properly.

 do I have the option of shipping the flex box back by UPS at Xfinity expense.  This is an option for listed equipment and would be far easier for me.  If so I will need a label.  Thank you for your assistance.

Great question! You can return your equipment by simply dropping it off at your local Xfinity or UPS store as they will take care of everything else, we have a fantastic partnership with UPS, they will pack it and ship it back to us at no charge to you.
