Return Fee Wavier


My equipment got lost in my move. Is it possible to waive the return fee? If not, is it possible to extend the date so I have time to find it? I now live 4.5 hours away from Chicago, so this process is just an overall inconvenience to me.

Thank you for reaching out @user_0bvin1 Congrats on the move! When I moved I also misplaced my cable box, but after a few days located it in a box. You do have about 30 days to return the modem. If you are charged an unreturned equipment fee one you return the equipment that fee would be reversed.
