Hi @user_tafpos you can get all the information you need about returning equipment in the following article. You can sign into your account at www.Xfinity.com to print out a prepaid shipping label. You can also pack up the equipment and take it to a participating UPS location without a prepaid shipping label.

user_tafpos this is the direct link that allows you to view your equipment and print a label. https://customer.xfinity.com/devices/returns/new. Just make sure you're signed in as the primary account holder. If you still can't print the label, just pack up the equipment and take it to the nearest UPS store listed here. They can print a label for you. https://www.ups.com/us/en/business-solutions/pickup-dropoff-options?loc=en_US
