Return equipment

Hello, I cannot return equipment in person. How do I send my equipment back to xfinity? Thank you.

Hello @user_g7iwpa! If you are unable to return your equipment to your nearest Xfinity Store, you can also ship it.

I have the same issue.  Comcast/Xfinity sent me 2 boxes.  Tried one & wasn't impressed with the cable TV offerings.  Wish to return both boxes. 

How do I do that without going to the store?

Hello, @user_f3857b thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I completely understand wanting to explore equipment return options without having to take it back to a Xfinity Store. My awesome coworker Quemekia had provided a helpful document: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/returning-your-equipment

If you have a printer, visit the Digital Return Center at xfinity.com/returns and follow the on-screen steps for the device you'd like to return. Once you've printed the label, you can package that up and call 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule a pickup. 

There are links on the article as well, if you do end up taking it back to either a Xfinity or certified UPS store to find the nearest location and hours of operations to make that process easier. The Xfinity Store locator also has the option to schedule an appointment to help save time, I did this recently to swap out a box and pick up a new phone for my wife to help save wait time at the store.
