user_vx45ad  Hello and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. Returning your Xfinity equipment from home is easy and convenient. To schedule a pickup, please follow these simple steps:
  1. Start Online: Visit our Digital Return Center and sign in. Select the equipment you’re returning and choose UPS Prepaid Shipping to print your label.

  2. Pack It Up: Place your device and power cord in a box, then securely attach the printed shipping label.

  3. Schedule with UPS: Visit ups.com or call 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule your at-home pickup. Please note that while the shipping is free, UPS may charge a separate fee for the pickup service.

Pro-tip: Take a photo of your tracking number for your records! This is your proof of return while we process the equipment.
