Return equipment

I received a new modem and need to return the old one. I want to print a shipping label and do a home pickup. the problem is the  equipment updates page will not work. i get as far and picking ups pickup, then the next page says, this service or page isn't working right now. Has been like that for past two weeks. please someone help. this is frustrating

yes. after i select on the device i'm returning, the next page asks me to choose return to xfinity store or ups prepaid shipping. i select ups prepaid shipping and click confirm. the next page then says, "sorry, this isnt working right now. your equipment details are unavailable at this time." Been like likes for weeks. i am unable to drop off at the store and need to do the ups option

@user_Marykay I’m sorry to hear those options aren't working for you. Have you tried using a different device or clearing the cache and cookies for the device you're using?

yes. different devices. different browsers. cleared cache and cookies. nothing works. same issue

You can go to http://xfinity.com/returns and print a free return shipping label for any piece of equipment assigned to your account. If you are unable to see the equipment listed in your account summary, or you are unable to print the shipping label for any reason, please let us know, and we can go over the other options together.
