Return equipment
I received a new modem and need to return the old one. I want to print a shipping label and do a home pickup. the problem is the equipment updates page will not work. i get as far and picking ups pickup, then the next page says, this service or page isn't working right now. Has been like that for past two weeks. please someone help. this is frustrating

Have you tried using a different browser?
