Why do I keep getting texts to return Xfinity equipment when I NEVER had Xfinity equipment!!??

I used my own cable modem/router.

@user_960ba4 Thank you for your post! Did you ever receive a free Flex streaming box? Since you owned your internet equipment, this is the most likely suspect.
