Return Equipment

I cancelled my internet and now need to return the Flex box which never worked before I am charged. The instructions states: Visit our Digital Return Center at xfinity.com/returns and follow the on-screen instructions...

However I do not have a device to select. Please advise.

Thank you so much for reaching out. You would not need to complete the return processing to physically return the box. You can drop off the box at any Xfinity or UPS store. I included the link here below where you can find the closest location to you.
