I need to return my equipment but the link to confirm a UPS return is not working.
Live agent said to just bring to the store Will they know what to do with it or do I need a shipping label?

Hello, @user_d5cdff. Thanks for reaching our team on Forums. Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with printing the UPS return label. You can return the equipment at any Xfinity service center near you or a UPS store. You do not need the print out the UPS label to return the equipment at a store. If you go to a service center you can take a picture ID and let them know you are just returning the equipment. You will get a return receipt and we recommend keeping for your records until the equipment has been removed from the account.
