I want to return my equipment,  but am unable to do so, physically. Are there any pickup options?

Hi, I don't know how to Return this defective DTA cable box back, It doesn't come up in my eligible return equipment. The Serial#s PAX500279832 Could You please help me?

Hi there, @Lex-T-rex. Thank you for commenting on this post. You can drop off the equipment at the nearest service center or the nearest UPS store and they will take it off your hands and return it to our warehouse. 

I no longer work for Comcast.

@user_abe915 Hello! The great thing is that you don't need a label or a box, you can return any rented equipment you have to the nearest Xfinity Store in your area or UPS Store. We just ask that you bring the power cable and the device, we don't need HDMI cables or remote controls to be returned.
