Return but address is old and delivery not complete

I want to return this iPad that was ordered as we moved and xfinity is not a service available in the area. The problem is we moved and fedex is supposed to deliver it and they are trying to deliver it at my old apartment where I no longer live. I called fedex at Xfinity’s suggestion to change the address and FedEx said it has to be done by xfinity. I just want to cancel or return it to get my money back.
