Retention

our plan was changed a month ago because we no longer needed our landline, and we have been forced from our old grandfathered plan and now lost half our channels and subscriptions. We are ready to cancel our service and ho with another carrier. Please let me know what you xan do to retain us as customers.

user_wzfqtd Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, we won't be able to get you back to your grandfathered TV plan, however we may be able to find something that will work for you. Are you looking to keep TV, and Internet service with Comcast?
