Retention Department

I went into a xfinity store to discuss extending my current promo or switch to something similar. The rep informed me to contact the retention department for offer that are not available in store. I have been a long time customer for over 15 years and would hope someone can work with me for a better package. Thanks

Apologies for the miscommunication with the store location but that is definitely something we can help with. Have you had a chance to review the Plan Builder site already?

Yes I had already looked into the plans available from the plan builder. The same promo I currently have will cost substantially more once my current promo ends. Please contact me for better pricing packages that are not available through the site. Thanks
