Retention department

I went into a xfinity store (you have no live customer service by phone that can be reached) to discuss lowering my monthly bill.  despite being a customer for over 12 years i was given a resounding no.  

I asked if I could please speak to the retention department and was told there is no retention department any more. 

are you deliberately trying to lose customers? The customer service is just abominable.

I tried Xfinity support.   I wanted to reduce charges and or cancel TV service and it brings me to a link to schedule a call back.   That link DOES NOT WORK!

I am a 40 year customer and was recently told there were no new contract promotions for me.

Why would there be any for Salome55? The only way I could even keep my bill the same was to cut services  I already had.
