retention department seems to be unreachable
Hi, my name is Jack and I’m a long-time Xfinity customer. I currently have five mobile lines and am paying $71/month for 150 Mbps internet. I’ve seen that Xfinity offers the Connect More plan (200 Mbps) for $35/month when bundled with mobile, and I’d like to switch to that pricing.I also want to confirm that I qualify for the $20/month per line pricing on Unlimited Intro with five lines. I plan to keep all five lines active to maintain that rate.Additionally, I’m interested in upgrading two lines to new iPhones. Verizon is offering free iPhones with trade-in and activation, and I’ve seen Xfinity has similar promotions. I’d like to confirm if I can receive two free iPhones while staying on Unlimited Intro. If that requires Premium Unlimited, I’d only consider it if you can match the $20/month rate per line.Two of my current phones have remaining balances. Verizon and T-Mobile are offering to pay off those balances when switching. I’d like Xfinity to waive the remaining device payments on those two lines as part of this upgrade and retention request.I use my own modem/router and would like to confirm that I won’t be charged the equipment rental fee.I’d also like to lock in the internet pricing with Xfinity’s 5-Year Price Guarantee. I’ve seen this offered publicly and would like it applied to my account to ensure long-term stability.Finally, I’d like to request a 3-year price lock on my mobile lines and device payments. Verizon and T-Mobile are offering long-term mobile pricing guarantees, and I’d like Xfinity to match that stability. Please confirm that I won’t be forced into higher-tier plans or lose promotional pricing after 12 or 24 months.Please escalate this to a retention or loyalty specialist who can authorize these changes. I’d prefer to stay with Xfinity, but I’m actively comparing offers from Verizon and T-Mobile that are more competitive.Thank you,
