RETENTION DEPARTMENT OFFERS

Have been an Xfinity customer since 2006.  Presently have the Super+ More Package which recently went up $26.06.  I spoke to the Loyalty Department who tried to get me out of my package, reducing my internet speed, and cutting channels and it priced out higher than my new bill.  They then told me if I cut the phone out it would be $15.00 less, but I would be losing the internet speed and many channels.  They told me to call back in October to see if there were any new promotions.  I would like to keep what I have and have that priced out lower.  Any new promotions for this grandfathered plan?

I'm happy to see what we have, but please keep in mind with a grandfathered package like this that we no longer carry, you wouldn't be able to get a new promotion. All new promotions we run are based off the packages we are running at that time. I'm happy to review options with you if you like, but it will require moving to one of our new packages to get a new offer. I'm happy to review what options we have for you anytime.

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
