To find a copy of your device purchase agreement or Retail Installment Contract, please sign in to your Xfinity account and navigate to the Legal Agreements and Contracts section.

 

Once signed in:

  1. Go to Account & Identity.
  2. Select Legal Agreements and Contracts.

You can also find information on our retail installment contracts here: https://www.xfinity.com/policies/mobile/device-payment-plan-agreement. Please let us know if you're able to locate the document or if you run into any issues accessing it.

user_p3uwym Shoot! Thank you for the update. I can issue a ticket, and get you what you need. Please send us a Direct Message with your name and service address. 
 

Click "Sign In" if necessary. 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon. 
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. 
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support". 
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. 
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line. 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. 
Press Enter to send it.
