Restricted mode by network
How can I get the restricted mode by network off my devices/xfinity account? I have called customer support several times I even wrote a letter to there headquarters still this problem has not been resolved

I can absolutely understand how frustrating it must be to still see that restriction on all your devices. That’s definitely not the experience we want for you. Let's dive into this together. Do you currently have xFi Advance Security? This built-in Xfinity feature automatically blocks sites it deems risky and can force YouTube into Restricted Mode, if so you may want to disable the Advance Security and see if that helps.
