restore services

I made a payment arrangement because I can not pay until i get paid next friday. when i made the arrangement for it to be paid next Friday ($310) i was under the impression my service would be restored. it still is not restored.

@user_0nnvne I'm sorry to hear your services weren't restored. When you set everything up did the confirmation say payment arrangement or future payment.

A payment arrangement will restore/extend your payment.

A future payment will not restore or prevent disconnection.
