restore autopay

On 24 December 2024, an unknown person made an invalid payment to our xfinity account. Xfinity placed a fraud alert on our account and cancelled our Autopay that we have had in place for several years. We called xfinity’s Customer Service number four times in January 2025, to restore the Autopay. They could NOT restore the Autopay on our account. We visited an xfinity office and they said they could NOT restore the Autopay and we should call the Customer Service number – which we had already done four times. As a result, we have had to drive to an xfinity office and make our monthly payments in cash at a kiosk. We have had to make our monthly payments in cash for six months. We want our Autopay restored as soon as possible. We have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years, and this issue should be resolved now.

Oh no! I am so sorry that this has been your experience with the autopay and having to pay in person. Have you been in contact with our Customer Security Assurance Team (CSA)? You may reach out to them any day of the week and here is their contact information:
