Restoration timeline

I'm in a Milton affected area. How can I get additional details on a timeline when service is expected to be restored? I'm just looking for a ballpark esimate (1 week, 1 month, 3 months, etc) so I can plan for work. I need to get a hotspot or something and I can't buy "emergency internet" without some sort of communication that's not "as soon as possible".

Send my bill. I'll pay you "as soon as possible" and see how long it takes you to cut my service. This goes both ways ya know.

Hey there, gamerchris360, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums. I hope you and your family were safe during the storm. We would be happy to take a look at your account to see what details we can provide. I work from home as well and I know how important it is to stay connected. I understand the frustration with still being disconnected as I would need my services too!

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
