Restoration Time Keeps Changing; No way to contact a person.

My Internet has been out since last night. The restoration time said 2 AM, then 1 PM today, and now 7 PM. I have tried calling and using the app to get information, but it won’t let me get to someone who can tell me why the time keeps changing. They both just give a recorded message and not options. What does it take to get to an actual person???? When will my internet actually be back???? I am now considering switching to the local company that costs twice as much because your customer service is horrendous.

To get the most up-to-date information, you can always visit our Status Center or use the Xfinity app to view the status of your services and equipment and even troubleshoot any issues that may arise in the future. Our field technicians update that site as soon as they send updates to our systems, so you always have the same information as we do. I appreciate your patience as we work towards a resolution.
