Restarting service after disconnecting

Hello, i am unable to find any more efficient way to get help, i want an xfinity agents help...

More than a year ago i disconnected my xfinity when my price was raised. Many months later i wanted to reconnect but could not access my account.
Now, finally able to access it i find $98 unpaid. I am very interested in reconnecting, but this is far beyond any amount i can pay to restart. I assume it was unable to return the router during the pandemic?? If so, thats really unacceptable...

The point is, i need help resolving this issue so that i can become a new xfinity customer once again!
