Response Regarding [Edited: Personal Information] (Continued Case)

Thank you very much for all your assistance throughout this process.

I would like to clarify one last point before proceeding. The [Edited: Personal Information] account is actually intended for my wife, and my concern is whether there could be any issues when transferring the line to another carrier if her name is not properly reflected on the account.

Could you please let me know if there is anything that needs to be updated, registered, or prepared in advance to ensure a smooth transfer? I want to make sure there will be no additional delays or complications due to the account holder name.

Since it's been a few days, since we last spoke, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address. This will allow me to access your account, and answer all the questions you have regarding your wife's device. 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
