Re-Siding home addition

I am having my home's addition re-sided in the near future. The cable wire comes in through the addition. Is it okay to unscrew the wire that goes into house so the contractor can renovate, then have an xfinity technician come back to reinstall wire from outside to inside again? Not sure what the process is for this. The mounting block is not on siding, just the wire.

@user_e8a2c0 Thanks for adding a post to the community. That is a good question, and we appreciate you asking before jumping in to any changes on the connection. If you're able to unscrew the coax cable, that is okay just be sure not to remove anything else, or touch the grounding cable. That will allow you to perform any changes inside safely, while keeping service and the use of any local Hotspots. Connecting the home again after the remodel would basically be like having a pro install and its fee. With that order, a tech will connect the home with new wiring from that outside connection to the inside. If you're not able to unscrew the cables let us know. We can get a tech out to remove what is installed outside.
