Residential address listed as business address
Dear Xfinity Customer Services,
I'm trying to transfer my current internet service to my new address, which is automatically listed as a business, but it is not a commercial property at all.
I previously attempted to resolve this issue through live chats, but those weren't helpful. One agent informed me that the address was residential, but at the time my unit number had not been confirmed, so I was unable to proceed with the transfer. Another agent informed me that the address really was a business, but I am certain that it is not.
I would prefer to speak with an associate online, rather than over the phone.
Could you please advise me on the best way to proceed?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
