Resetting purchase pin

@user_r0tmyn Thanks for adding a post to the forum. The easiest way to is through the Xfinity app. I'll post the steps below. The cable box steps are here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-manage-tv-settings-online. 

1. Log in to xfinity.com/profile or the Xfinity App.
2. Go to Settings and select Parental Controls.
3. Select the Purchase PIN option to update or remove it.

@XfinityBenny: What the page you posted doesn't say, but what should be obvious, is that you need to know the PIN before you can change or remove the PIN. If the OP doesn't know it, they'll need Employee help.
