reset my email

Hello,

I have an old comcast email. It never lets me log in to it. It says to talk to the primary account holder, but I don't know who or how to figure out who that is. I want to be able to access this email to try to remove logins associated with it since it is not in use anymore. Please help me to reset the password to it. I just want to remove log ins from this and change the email out. Please email me I am currently in South Korea so I have a hard time calling.

For a password reset issue we would need to actually direct you to our Xfinity Customer Security Assurance team. You would need to call them at 1-888-565-4329, I do apologize that they don't have an option to email them. That team is available from 8 AM - 12 AM EST Monday through Friday. I hope this helps.

user_iw32dk We are happy to help you online, but for a password reset it has to be done online at xfinity.com/password or over the phone.
