resend authorization to grandfathered cable card

I am not sure exactly where to post this request, but possibly this is the correct spot. I have been using a legacy cable card successfully in my Tivo Bolt, and it still seems to work fine for channels that are not premium/subscription. I just finished watching a recording on it from yesterday on the Golf Channel, but now it tells me that I am not authorized to watch the golf channel. I had no activity on the account in the last few weeks at least, so this must be a glitch or some sort of automatic process that removed the credentials from this card. If I provide the details, can you re-authorize this card back to the channels I am supposed to be getting? It is the same card and the same Tivo box as it has always been.

Hello @zamiv, unfortunately cable cards are becoming less available, but I will be more than happy to help with your request. To begin, would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
