Reschedule Internet Equipment Delivery

I recently had my internet set up package attempt to be delivered this morning, and I was informed it could not be delivered to a safe place. I would like to know where/ how to reschedule this, as I don't see any where to do so, and would like to avoid having the same problem occur.

user_kfa0cr Hey there! Great question and thank you for taking the time to contact us. On the confirmation of your order or tracking information you would be able to see who this is being sent through (UPS/FEDEX) and you can log in through their site or app to view your shipment. There you can schedule or modify your delivery if the option is still available.

Interestingly my shipment was not sent through FedEx or UPS, but using bringg. So, I am unsure what to do. If I can change the method of shipping to UPS/FedEx, I will not have this same problem.

•  Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
•  Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
•  Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
•  Press Enter to send it
