If you need to reschedule with our Xfinity store the only option I am showing is to create a new appointment at this time.
If that's not ideal for you, you can also visit a UPS store and return equipment there. The UPS store will package and ship the equipment back to us for free and provide you with the tracking and serial numbers of the device for your records. Simply visit xfinity.com/returns and select the device you are returning.
