reschedule a planned outage on 03/27/22 in Palo Alto, CA

I received an email from Xfinity on 2/27/23 as follows: 

Subject: We are rescheduling work in your neighborhood

We'll be in your area on 03/27 to work on our network. Our work to enhance the Xfinity network in your area has been rescheduled to 03/27. During this time, you will experience service outages. We anticipate completing our work within the day.

I have multiple important zoom calls on that day that I can’t move. Can I talk to someone in Xfinity to reschedule the outage date to a different date?
