Requests to the MDU Contact are never returned
Hello,
I've spent a couple of months trying to call in and contact the MDU team to get pricing for an entire condominium on behalf of our HOA. All of my attempted phone calls end up pointing me to this site: https://www.xfinity.com/multifamily/contact. I've made 3 submissions to this site and have not heard back. Can you help me get in contact with someone please?

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
