Requesting Xfinity Rewards Diamond Tier for new address / account (16+ years continuous tenure)

Hello,
I recently moved to a new address and continued my service with Xfinity. The transfer of service could not be completed online and I was advised to call in the workflow.  The phone representative created a brand new account for this address, but it has not yet been linked to my previous account history.
I have been a continuous, loyal Xfinity customer for 16+ years across three different addresses and accounts.  I believe that qualifies me for the Diamond Tier in Xfinity Rewards.  Currently, my new account does not reflect this status and shows Silver.
Could an official employee please help me link my historical account data to my new account, so my continuous tenure is recognized and my Diamond Tier status is reflected.
I have my previous account numbers and addresses ready to provide via private message.

To send a direct message: 

 

1.  Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2.  Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3.  Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. 
4.  In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5.  As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6.  An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7.  Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8.  Press Enter to send it.
