Requesting serviceability or line extension
The drop to our house is already down. There is an issue with the pole across the street and Xfinity is planning to remove the lines!! We are willing to pay for any work done on the pole before they remove our ability to have service. Its so close its just one pole!!
We have no way of getting a hold of the power company or the xfinity construction team directly. And xfinity technicians are not coming to the appointment when scheduled.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
