Requesting service credit review - recurring outages, two technician visits

I've experienced recurring intermittent internet outages over the past week, affecting all connected devices (internet and TV boxes). Two technician visits were required: the first removed a coaxial splitter and replaced the gateway, but outages continued afterward; the second identified low signal levels at the point of entry and replaced the coaxial cable and connectors, which resolved the issue.

I kept a timestamped connectivity log throughout this period and would like to request a service credit review for the affected days. Could someone from the support team reach out or let me know how to proceed?

Thank you.
