Requesting Replacement for Heavily Damaged/Smashed Yard Pedestal

Hello,

I need assistance getting a heavily damaged Comcast/Xfinity utility pedestal replaced on the edge of my property line right next to my driveway.

The plastic housing is completely crushed and caved in (I have attached a photo for reference). I am concerned that the internal components and wiring are exposed to the elements, and the sharp, broken edges are creating a safety and tripping hazard right next to where we park.

Could an official employee please help me open a ticket with the local maintenance or construction crew to get this pedestal shell replaced?
