Requesting refund, suspicious chat agent

I have been dealing with connection issues with internet and tv streaming continuously dropping and have tried on several occasions over the last few months to try to resolve it with live chat, phone support, and a technician even came to my house and said it was a modem up grade needed and I was charged 100$ for that. It is still having problems so I reinitiated the conversation with Xfinity on the Xfinity live chat and while supposedly working on the issue, the agent gave me a “free iPad offer with service upgrade” and asked me to click a link which lead to a suspicious system with someone else’s information but asking me for my social security and birthdate.

I would like to formally request a refund for the technician visit, and an explanation for this chat agents actions, and a resolution to my connection issues.
