Requesting Property Damage Claim and Line Burial Re-Work

Hello,

I am reaching out to get immediate assistance regarding an underground cable burial that was handled incorrectly on my property.

The underground crew left the cable line barely buried and completely exposed/visible in several places across my yard, which is creating an active tripping and safety hazard. Additionally, the crew severely damaged and tore up my grass sod along the path of the line, leaving the lawn in disarray.

I need a combined ticket opened for a Property Damage Claim and an Emergency Line Burial Re-work so that a local coordinator or restoration team can be assigned. The line needs to be properly submerged to the correct depth, and the grass sod needs to be professionally repaired or replaced.

I have clear photos and videos documenting both the exposed lines and the property damage ready to provide as soon as a representative contacts me.
