Requesting new refund card
Hi,
I received a refund card from Xfinity for an overpayment on my final bill. The refund card was misplaced and never used. I just found the card and it has expired. Requesting a replacement card.

Hello user_n5rd6g , We would be happy to get the refund card reissued. We will need to submit a ticket request to get in replaced. In order to do this we will need to fill out some information for my billing team. To start please send a direct message with your full name and the service address the balance was linked to.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
